New Adoption Policies, Please Read

Before sending any funds or filling out our puppy contract read below our protocol for adopting a Sheltie puppy.

When our puppies are two weeks of age, we will post family photos (Mum, Dad and Babbies)  on our website. It will be at this time we will open our reservation list to families.  A $500 deposit is required to HOLD A CERTAIN POSITION on our list ( you will not at this time pick an actual puppy from the litter just insured a puppy from the said litter). ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT ARE TRANSFERABLE.

If you do wish to be on our reservation list you will need to fill out our contact form located under the “ Contact us Page “ tab and it submits. This will come to us directly.

After submitting the contract you will need to send the deposit in which there were three ways offered on our contract VENMO, CASH APP OR MAIL IN CHECK. All checks must be made out and sent to our address.

Once we have received your deposit, you within 24 hours will get a text stating that we have received your contract, deposit and will be notified of your position on our list. You are welcomed to call BEFORE you place a deposit to know how many families are on our list.

NO UPDATE PICTURES WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL PUPPIES HAVE HAD THEIR FIRST PUPPY WELLNESS CHECKS WHICH ARE DONE AROUND 6 WEEKS OF AGE.

After puppy checks, we will place current pictures up on our website of the puppies and we will contact each family in the order we received their deposits and have them go to the website to pick their puppy (videos will be given upon request). DUE TO COVID 19 WE NO LONGER WILL ALLOW FAMILIES TO COME TO OUR HOME TO VIEW /PICK OUT PUPPIES. Families will be picking their puppies through photos and videos to pick their puppy. We understand that this is not the ideal way or the protocol that many families have been advised when trying to find their puppy. But many things in this world have changed or been placed on hold to ensure our health as a nation. We are here to personally walk each family through this process and help them to find their perfect puppy match and so far we have never missed LOL.

Due to COVID 19 airlines no longer are accepting puppies for travel. So out of state families must be willing to fly into Tulsa International to pick up their puppy, drive to Chouteau Oklahoma for private pick up or we do offer ground transportation for a fee.
